This client wanted an additional active passive radon system installed. The house was clean and small. The team started the process in a small utility room at the bottom of the stairs in their basement and there was an old existing passive system to the right hand side of the sump pit in which you open the lid and the PVC is about 6 in down. The access to the attic is located in the garage which is uncommon. Homeowner does not believe that there is another crawl space but she was open for the team to search. It was a smooth install and everyone went home happy.

There are storage shelves next to sump pit with exterior drain tiles. As per the plan, one will be moved, the other has been built in but they will remove items from the shelf.
