The husband who was concerned for this family's health, inquired with our free estimate and wanted to see how much it would cost for his home. We gave him an estimate and did share he had some offers from other competitors. We explained the quality and installation process we go through along with an additional discount as he was a referral from a friend. He was really happy about it and considered to go with us. The installation was a point to stack, they home had a tiny basement. Simple 1-point up and out.
