This homeowner needed a customized two-point radon mitigation system designed around the layout of the home and future plans for the space. One extraction point will be installed on the finished side of the home near the floor, passing through the wall to connect with a second extraction point on the opposite side. The system routing will be concealed within the joists to keep the installation as unobtrusive as possible, especially since the homeowner may finish the room in the future.
