Radon Mitigation - Toledo, IA
This is a single point system running out of the sump and through the soffit. The project is dedicated for the church, and it was talked about as they wanted all people who serve would be protected from the harmful exposure of radon. It is believed that since it's always a closed mass and the vicinity or structure is old, the radon mitigation system is a necessity.

Efficient 4-Point Radon Mitigation System Installation
This project required a 4-point radon mitigation system to address four separate chambers within the home. Our team designed a straightforward layout with clean branch lines to each extraction point, ensuring effective coverage throughout the basement. The system exits on the same side of the home as the woodshop blower motor for an efficient setup. The homeowner will be handling the electrical work, so we’ll stop the wire outside and walk him through the final connections. With clear planning and collaboration, this system will provide strong protection against radon exposure.

A New Home with a Radon Mitigation System
The client was moving into a home they had just purchased and wanted to ensure it was safe. During the home inspection, radon levels were found to be above the recommended threshold. Although the seller offered to reduce the home price, the client prioritized health over savings and insisted on a mitigation system being installed before closing. Once the system was in place, the client felt secure knowing their new home was safe for their family.

Custom 4-Point Radon Mitigation System for Complex Basement Layout
This home required a 4-point radon mitigation system due to its uniquely divided basement with multiple chambers. Spotty cell service made on-site communication difficult, and photo uploads failed—but the project sketch still came through, offering a basic layout.
Despite the challenges, the plan remained clear: install four extraction points strategically throughout the space and determine the cleanest routing path on site. Flexibility was key—our techs were ready to use their expertise or jump on a quick FaceTime call to finalize routing in real-time.
When communication is limited, experience and adaptability make all the difference. This install proves our team can handle the unexpected—and still deliver guaranteed results.

Originally anticipated this home as a quick radon project, but discovered two sizable, well-maintained crawl spaces during the walkthrough. Really rare but amazing home! Homeowner was committed to clearing these spaces for better work conditions. The project involves extracting through the sump in the basement, connected to the son's bedroom and a utility room. The route goes from downstairs through the rim joists in the garage and out through the roof. A T connection will link the encapsulation points, ensuring a straightforward installation.
