This client was very detailed how he would like the radon to be exiting his home - he wants to it near the generator to not have to look at anything. It would be a 4 point system as discussed and we did make a promise we would deliver. It's a pretty odd layout but Rusty the team lead made it work! We did educate the client he needs a higher suction fan to make sure we have enough pull for the system. The client agreed and was given briefing before the installation started. He was happy how it turned out!

Quick ERV Installation

This client's family struggled with stale air and allergy flare-ups for quite sometime. After researching about indoor air pollutants, they decided to install an ERV. Instantly, fresh air flowed through their home, reducing dust and improving health. They breathed easier, grateful for the comfort and peace it brought.

This is a single point system running out of the sump and through the soffit. The project is dedicated for the church, and it was talked about as they wanted all people who serve would be protected from the harmful exposure of radon. It is believed that since it's always a closed mass and the vicinity or structure is old, the radon mitigation system is a necessity. 

Efficient 4-Point Radon Mitigation System Installation

This project required a 4-point radon mitigation system to address four separate chambers within the home. Our team designed a straightforward layout with clean branch lines to each extraction point, ensuring effective coverage throughout the basement. The system exits on the same side of the home as the woodshop blower motor for an efficient setup. The homeowner will be handling the electrical work, so we’ll stop the wire outside and walk him through the final connections. With clear planning and collaboration, this system will provide strong protection against radon exposure.

A New Home with a Radon Mitigation System

The client was moving into a home they had just purchased and wanted to ensure it was safe. During the home inspection, radon levels were found to be above the recommended threshold. Although the seller offered to reduce the home price, the client prioritized health over savings and insisted on a mitigation system being installed before closing.
