They were fine locking in the project to enable cost savings. There is a small utility room downstairs which connects to the basement and that is where they want the system placed. This will be an interior system and we'll go up to the garage. It almost looks like the garage was at it on as it is a separate area and does not go flush with the back side of the house. It will be pretty easy to route any PVC in the Attic crawl space of the garage over to the back side of it so you cannot see it from the roadside. The homeowner did mention that there was a possibility in the future of them adding to their bedroom which would mean that we would have to push that exit point of the roof as far as we can. Everything worked out as to how the client requested.

This project was a little challenging since these were environmentally conscious homeowners. They selected a radon mitigation system to align with their commitment to a green and safe lifestyle. They were convinced and decided that they would do everything to have their health protected while saving the earth. They were really happy with this decision.

Extraction point here then enter crawlspace, second point in crawlspace and exit home in L portion of crawlspace. We installed muffler and a radon fan housing cover.
